以认真的态度一鼓作气抓好教育实践活动

新华网北京12月16日电（记者 华春雨）中共中央政治局常委、中央党的群众路线教育实践活动领导小组组长刘云山15日上午在京主持召开中央党的群众路线教育实践活动领导小组第六次会议，传达学习习近平总书记在听取河北省委党的群众路线教育实践活动总体情况汇报时的重要讲话精神，研究部署第一批活动收尾工作和第二批活动准备工作。
刘云山说，习近平总书记重要讲话为深入开展教育实践活动提供了重要遵循，为全党以优良作风贯彻党的十八届三中全会精神、落实全面深化改革任务提供了有力指导。学习贯彻讲话精神关键要抓住两点：一是以认真的态度一鼓作气抓好教育实践活动，第一批教育实践活动进入收尾阶段，气可鼓而不可泄，越是到收尾阶段，越要保持力度，敬终如始、一抓到底，做到思想不能疲、劲头不能松、措施不能软，防止虎头蛇尾、功亏一篑。二是一以贯之地坚持教育与实践的统一，群众路线最终是实践问题，一切贵在行动，教育和实践是贯彻群众路线的两手，要坚持两手抓、两手都要硬，把教育和实践有机结合起来，做到寓教育于实践之中，又通过实践来不断深化教育。
刘云山说，整改落实是教育实践活动最终见成效、出成果的环节，前一段各地区各部门各单位在整改落实上取得成效，但与中央要求和群众期待还有差距。要加大整改落实力度，对查摆出来的“四风”突出问题要一项一项整改，见行动、见成果，不达要求决不放行。要把领导干部住房、办公用房、公务用车的清理纳入教育实践活动专项整治，凡是违规多占超配的要一律清退、限期清理。元旦春节期间，要坚决贯彻中央八项规定精神，严格禁止公款送礼、公款吃喝，狠刹奢侈浪费之风，过一个风清气正的元旦春节，巩固和发展教育实践活动的成果。
刘云山指出，第一批活动的收尾工作要注意抓好经验总结，边总结边完善边提高，着力深化规律性认识，形成有利于作风建设常态化的理论成果和制度成果。第二批活动的准备工作要加强调查研究，广泛听取各方面意见建议，用好第一批活动的成功经验，贯穿为民务实清廉的主题，落实“照镜子、正衣冠、洗洗澡、治治病”的总要求，做到主题不变、镜头不换。要坚持从群众最关心的具体问题抓起，从群众不满意的地方改起，解决好联系和服务群众“最后一公里”问题。要把握基层特点，区别情况、分类指导，真正切合基层实际，有利于推动和促进基层工作。
