职位描述Duties and Responsiblity:
1.Monitor, supervise and closely work with internal departments, event agency and contractors to ensure the successful implementation of the marketing events such as exhibitions, open houses, seminars, forums, oversea delegations, roadshows, customer evening and etc.
2.Managing procedures, timelines and standards.
3.Record the expenditure on the Marketing events and classify all the costs according to the budget plan, coordinate with finance for the cost allocation with central marketing
4.Responsible for collecting more leads to contribute to DMG's customers database development
5.Responsible for supporting integrating web marketing solutions
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor degree in marketing, communications, PR or equivalent.
2.Demonstrated 3 years in B2B （and B2C） business environment.
3.Experience with a proven record of executing high-impact, results-oriented marketing events.
4.International work experience, in terms of business and culture preferred.
5.Knowledge in B2B marketing preferred
6.Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing;
7.Good command of office application software, such as Excel, Word, Power point, Acrobat, etc.
8.Excellent communication skills;
9.Good administration and documentation skills;
10.Highly organized and structuralized with the ability to work independently and prioritize a diverse work flow;11.Ability to work to strict deadlines and get result;
12.Strong customer focused attitude.
