吊装带使用于风扇叶片安装中

在前文《电动葫芦使用于风洞动力系统安装中》河北东圣吊索具笔者已经论述了风洞动力系统安装方案。在本文中，笔者将继续为您论述该系统重要装置风扇的安装方法。

作为风洞动力系统的重要装置，由于风扇结构由电机、桨彀和叶片等部分构成，因此风扇的安装也相应地包括电机安装、桨彀安装和叶片安装等步骤。

在风扇叶片的安装过程中，客户使用了起重吊装带厂家河北东圣吊索具为其推荐的电动葫芦及起重吊装带，作为起重提升作业所用的轻小型起重设备及柔性吊装索具。

吊装带使用于起重作业中的2大危险源分析

相较于使用吊装带所造成的起重吊装事故而言，在交通运输行业中，很多事故是这样发生的：大型货车严重超载，使货车及其所负载的货物在中体质量相对不变的前提下，在高速行驶中，特别是在驶过桥梁建筑时，由高速运动所产生的巨大惯性应力及冲量势能导致桥身因突然承受较大负荷振动而出现裂痕，造成重大交通事故。那么，在使用吊装带进行起重吊装作业时，危险从何而来？起重吊装带厂家河北东圣吊索具笔者认为，起重吊装作业中，主要的危险因素如下：

一是吊装带规格型号选择不当，导致吊装带的负载能力无法满足客户额吊装承重要求。吊装重型设备时，应当考虑使用承载面宽、受力均匀的彩色扁平吊装带。如果设备具备吊耳，建议选择两头扣柔性吊装带；如果设备不具备吊耳，但具有较为规则的外观，可选择环型柔性吊装带进行吊装作业。

二是吊装带规范未被认真贯彻执行，因操作人员失检或心存侥幸而忽视了吊装带本身所存在的老化、破损和已经达到吊装带使用标准临界值等安全隐患，因此导致在起重吊装作业中出现了事故，造成了重大的经济损失及人员伤亡。当两头扣柔性吊装带的货环形扁平吊装带的端部受力处出现明显的损伤时，应当按照吊装带国家标准及吊装带使用标准的规定，立即予以停止使用。
